GARAGE FAN ZONE EXPERIENCE
Garages
• 44 new enclosed Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) garage stalls
• Four 25-person suites with views into the MENCS garages
• Four garage offices, available for rent inside the MENCS garage
• Existing MENCS garage becomes NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) garage area
• Fan walkway inside the garages allowing fans to see the race cars being prepared for competition
Fan Area
• Nearly 35,000-square foot open air club located between two MENCS garages, featuring:
• Ample seating
• 41’ diagonal video board on one end
• 740 square foot bar area
• View into the MENCS garages
• Two new concession stands

• Nearly 140,000-square feet of open space in the new infield fan area (excluding all buildings) that will be utilized for sponsorship display, concessions carts, seating and landscaped green space

Paddock Club
• Approximate seating capacity for 600 consumers and corporate guests
• Two levels, featuring hospitality on the first level and tiered stadium seating on the second level
• Protected from rain and sun by an overhead canopy
• 19,000-square foot covered ground floor seating and lounge area

• Approximately 300 Premium RV Camping along the Alabama Gang Superstretch and frontstretch near the start/finish line
