CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Brian Scott unveiled the new look for the No. 44 Ford for Richard Petty Motorsports on Wednesday.

Scott and car owner Richard Petty uncovered the new Albertsons/Shore Lodge paint scheme outside the NASCAR Hall of Fame to begin the second day of the Charlotte Motor Speedway NASCAR Media Tour presented by Technocom.

Both Albertsons and Shore Lodge will be on the hood of the blue and white No. 44 Ford for 16 races - debuting in the Daytona 500 - and will be an associate for the remaining races.

"It’s been a great off-season," Scott said. "It’s been great to get to know everyone at Richard Petty Motorsports and to bring back an iconic number."

Along with Albertsons and Shore Lodge, previous RPM sponsors Twisted Tea, GoBowling.com and Goody’s will be on the No. 44 for select races.

"We continued to make solid progress during the 2015 season on and off the track and really set our sights on building a solid foundation to kick off the 2016 season," said Brian Moffitt, Chief Executive Officer. "We've seen organic growth with all of our partners and continue to add new companies to our team. It makes me proud that companies continue to see a return on their investment with us and are growing right alongside of us. We are definitely making big strides to see that winning tradition of the Petty family return today, and I think that can happen this season."
