Jeff Burton will again drive the No. 14 Stewart-Haas Racing entry in place of Tony Stewart this week at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Stewart has decided not to compete in the Sprint Cup Series for a third straight week.
Burton drove the team's car last week at Michigan and after starting 27th was credited with a 37th-place finish when a broken tailpipe kept him in the garage for several laps as repairs were completed.

The decision for Burton to drive again this week pertains only to Bristol and SHR does not have plans for upcoming Sprint Cup Series races in Stewart's absence yet planned.
This will mark the third straight race Stewart will miss in the aftermath of the incident he was involved in racing a sprint car on August 9 that took the life of Kevin Ward Jr. Regan Smith filled in for Stewart at Watkins Glen with Burton in at Michigan and now at Bristol.
