SPARTA, Ky. - Joe Gibbs Racing announced today that they have extended Matt Kenseth's contract in conjunction with sponsor Dollar General increasing its sponsorship of the No. 20 Toyota.

Expanding next season and beyond, Dollar General will be on the No. 20 Toyota for 30 races - including the Daytona 500 - in 2015, up three races from this season.

"This sponsorship is great for our brand and drives business into 11,300 stores across 40 states in America," said Rick Dreiling, Dollar General CEO. "Matt Kenseth and Joe Gibbs are proven winners and both are incredible ambassadors for the Dollar General brand."

JGR President J.D. Gibbs said Kenseth's contract has been extended for "a number of years."

"It’s obviously been a great fit for me," Kenseth said. "I was so excited when I came to drive for coach and J.D. and to have a great sponsor with Dollar General. I have really enjoyed getting to know the whole DG group. It makes it extra fun when their CEO is such a huge race fan.

After the report earlier this week that Home Depot would be leaving the team at seasons end, owner Joe Gibbs is not ready to announce how will be on the No. 20 for the additional races.

"We know who that would be, but right now we can't announce it," Gibbs said. "But we have a great partner for Dollar General."
