Brian France to Be On 'NASCAR Live'

CONCORD, N.C. - “NASCAR Live,” one of Motor Racing Network’s signature programs, will kick off its 31st season this week with an in-depth interview featuring NASCAR Chairman and CEO Brian France.
The network’s annual “State of the Sport” show, hosted by Eli Gold, will feature France for the full hour on Tuesday, Jan. 7. Air time is 7 p.m. (ET).
With NASCAR poised to begin its 66th season, France will discuss a broad range of issues across the sanctioning body’s three top national series and take calls from fans at 1-800-2NASCAR (1-800-262-7227). Tuesday’s broadcast comes just two days before the first major pre-season test, scheduled to begin Thursday at Daytona International Speedway. And on Jan. 29, the fifth class of the NASCAR Hall of Fame will be inducted in Charlotte, N.C.

Tuesday’s special edition of NASCAR Live will air on MRN’s nationwide network of affiliate stations and also will be streamed live at www.MRN.com. Since it debuted in 1984, the program has become a cornerstone of Motor Racing Network’s weekly lineup that includes its award-winning coverage of NASCAR races; and “NASCAR Today,” which features breaking news that airs at mid-day and late afternoons Monday through Friday.
