Sunday's Advocare 500 is set to begin at 7:30 p.m. (ET).
The lightning-fast, 1.54-mile Atlanta track has hosted NASCAR’s top division since 1960 and the Sprint Cup Series headlines the weekend with Sunday’s Advocare 500.
It’s the 25th race of the season and with only two events remaining to set the field for the Chase, there’s much on the line in the 500-mile event.
Sprint Cup Series drivers will qualify Friday afternoon at 6:10 p.m. (ET) to set the field for the Advocare 500.
Later Friday night the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series takes center stage for the Jeff Foxworthy Grit Chips 200. Motor Racing Network’s live coverage of the event goes on the air at 7:30 p.m. (ET).

Saturday night the Nationwide Series tackles Atlanta for the NRA American Warrior 300. The green flag is scheduled to fly at 7 p.m. (ET).
Then on Sunday it’s the Advocare 500, which is set to begin at 7:30 p.m. (ET). Jeff Gordon is the defending race winner.

Elsewhere in the world of racing the biggest drag racing weekend of the season is set in Indianapolis as Lucas Oil Raceway hosts the Mac Tools U.S. Nationals. Final round elimination is set for Monday afternoon.
The IZOD IndyCar Series returns to Maryland for Sunday’s Streets of Baltimore race.
Formula One travels to Spa for Sunday’s Grand Prix of Belgium.
ARCA makes its annual trip to the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds in Illinois for Monday’s Southern Illinois 100.
And the World of Outlaws heads to Washington’s Skagit Speedway on Friday and Saturday night before moving on to Willamette Speedway in Oregon Monday.
