Season-to-Date Driver Ratings

1. Brad Keselowski: Powered his way to the top of the Rankings on the strength of a solid rebound Sunday at New Hampshire for a fifth-place finish, after falling as far back as 20th in the closing laps.

Season-to-Date Driver Rating: 93.5
Point Standings: 10th
Previous Ranking: Fourth

2. Matt Kenseth: A 13th-place finish for Kenseth Sunday in New Hampshire, about what's expected from the Roush Fenway Racing team at a track where the organization has struggled in recent years.

Season-to-Date Driver Rating: 105.2
Point Standings: First
Previous Ranking: First

3. Dale Earnhardt Jr: Knocked down yet another top-five finish and remains near the top of the point standings in Earnhardt Jr.'s best season as a member of Hendrick Motorsports.

Season-to-Date Driver Rating: 101.8
Point Standings: Second
Previous Ranking: Third

4. Jimmie Johnson: Johnson was not happy about the last caution that flew Sunday for fluid coming from David Reutimann's blown engine. The questionable yellow cost "Five-Time" a possible better finish.

Season-to-Date Driver Rating: 107.0
Point Standings: Fourth
Previous Ranking: Fifth

5. Tony Stewart: A 12th-place finish is much better than the way Stewart was running most of Sunday afternoon, as the team was obviously trying set-ups to bring back to Loudon come Chase time.

Season-to-Date Driver Rating: 90.9
Point Standings: Seventh
Previous Ranking: Second

6. Denny Hamlin: A miscommunication between Hamlin and crew chief Darian Grubb most certainly cost the No. 11 team a third victory of the season, as the Joe Gibbs Racing entry was by far the fastest on track.

Season-to-Date Driver Rating: 99.8
Point Standings: Fifth
Previous Ranking: Ninth

7. Greg Biffle: The best finishing driver in the Ford camp came home inside the top 10, about the only plus that can be found for Biffle's okay afternoon in Loudon.

Season-to-Date Driver Rating: 104.2
Point Standings: Third
Previous Ranking: Sixth

8. Kevin Harvick: A top 10-finish for Harvick that maybe could have been a little higher up the standings had the No. 29 entry not slid back in the field as the race wound down.

Season-to-Date Driver Rating: 92.6
Point Standings: Sixth
Previous Ranking: Eighth

9. Clint Bowyer: Bounced back from the Daytona crash a week ago to get back to the front of the field. Bowyer brought home a more typical of 2012 top five from Loudon.

Season-to-Date Driver Rating: 91.2
Point Standings: Ninth
Previous Ranking: 10th

10. Kasey Kahne: Victory number two of the season has Kahne on top of the wild card standings and looking good in terms of his Chase hopes. The team has the look most believed would happen in 2012 when Kahne and crew chief Kenny Francis went to Hendrick Motorsports.

Season-to-Date Driver Rating: 92.2
Point Standings: 12th
Previous Ranking: N/R
