Race number four of the NASCAR Chase for the Sprint Cup at Talladega Superspeedway headlines the weekend racing calendar which also includes the Craftsman Truck Series, ARCA, the World of Outlaws and Grand Am on the calendar.

Sunday's AMP Energy 500 at Talladega Superspeedway is considered a wild card by many drivers in this year's Chase for the title.

Jimmie Johnson brings a slim ten point lead over Carl Edwards into the weekend with Greg Biffle third only thirty behind.

Kyle Busch won at Talladega when the series visited the 2.66-mile track in the spring, and Michael Waltrip sat on the pole in last year's race.

RacingOne will provide comprehensive coverage of the Talladega weekend which starts on Friday with the ARCA RE/MAX Series in action for the Talladega 250 at 5 p.m. ET (SPEED).

R1 will carry Live Qualifying coverage for the AMP Energy 500 Saturday morning at 11:15 a.m. ET.

Later Saturday afternoon the Craftsman Truck Series tackles Talladega for the running of the Mountain Dew 250 at 4 p.m. ET (SPEED/MRN-Sirius.)

Sunday's AMP Energy 500 is slated for a 2 p.m. ET green flag with live coverage on ABC (and MRN-Sirius).

RacingOne will provide late-breaking news, results, statistics, features, photos, audio, video and post-race analysis from Talladega all weekend long.

Elsewhere in the world of racing the high-flying World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series continues its season with a Friday night stop at North Central Speedway and a Saturday date at Minnesota's Princeton Speedway.

And, the Grand American Road Racing Series visits Virginia International Speedway this weekend as well.
