Kyle Busch's over-the-wall crew captured its first Checkers/Rally's Double Drive-Thru Challenge win of the season in Sunday's NEXTEL Cup event at Michigan International Speedway.

"The guys did a great job on pit road in Michigan," said crew chief Alan Gustafson. "We had some distractions that could have got us, but we didn't let them and ended up having one of the best weeks on pit road this year. It goes to show that the No. 5 guys are here to win. We made a lot of adjustments on the car and it was really hot out, so these guys worked hard. I'm really proud we won this week."

Spending 200.130 seconds on pit road, the Kellogg's team helped boost its driver to a sixth-place finish in the Citizens Bank 400. The team will be awarded $11,000 by Checkers/Rally's for winning the weekly competition.

Busch's No. 5 crew, out of the Hendrick Motorsports stable, includes: Rick Pigeon (jackman), Jeremy "JD" Holcomb (front-tire carrier), DJ Richardson (front-tire changer), Jason Jones (rear-tire carrier), Josh Kirk (rear-tire changer), Brad Pickens (gasman), Jason Dalrymple (catch can), and Lee Deese (eighth-man). The team's pit crew coach is Mark Mauldin.

Mark Martin's/Regan Smith's No. 01 crew leads the season long Double Drive-Thru standings with four wins. A $111,150 prize will be presented to the pit crew team with the most wins at the completion of the 36-race Nextel Cup schedule.

To win the Checkers/Rally's Double Drive-Thru Challenge, teams are required to finish on the lead lap while spending the least amount of time on pit road. Checkers/Rally's is in its third season as title sponsor for the Pit Crew Challenge.
