Schrader, who made his first Cup start in a Ford in 1984, will debut a new sponsor, Little Debbie, in 19 races next season starting at Daytona in the famous car.
"I've always been a huge fan of the 21 car and the Wood Brothers," said Schrader. "I felt like I got to know them quite a bit when I first started back in 1984 and 85 - I drove a Ford for the first four years that I raced in the series, with Elmo Langley and Mr. (Junie) Donleavy."
Current sponsors Motorcraft and the U.S. Air Force will rotate as the primary sponsors in the remaining races.
Michael "Fatback" McSwain will remain as the crew chief of the No. 21 Ford.
Along with Schrader, the Woods Brothers and ST Motorsports will field cars in all three NASCAR series' next season with Jon Wood and Stacy Compton in the Busch Series and Marcos Ambrose and Bobby East in Trucks.
Wood is expected to run another Cup car next season in seven races and then step up to the series full time the following year.
"We won't run more than seven so he (Jon) stays eligible for the rookie things when he goes full time in Cup," said Eddie Wood. "But, right now we're just trying to get all that stuff sorted out. Everything so far looks like Jon will probably go fulltime in Cup in 2007."
