JOLIET, Ill. - Kevin Harvick will look to continue his win streak in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series when he makes his first series start at Chicagoland Speedway in Friday night's Fast Five 225.

After handing over the driving duties of the No. 2 Chevrolet to Clint Bowyer at Atlanta Motor Speedway two weeks ago, Harvick will make his sixth start of the season as he looks to capture his fourth straight win.

"That's the reason we race trucks is to go out and win," Harvick said Thursday at the Chase Media Day in downtown Chicago. "We've got Bad Boy Buggies on board this weekend. Clint (Bowyer) was fortunate to win with them in Kansas. We've got the truck that Clint raced a couple weeks ago at Atlanta. It should be a good weekend. I have never run a truck here so it should be fun."

A good run in tonight's race could help in Harvick's quest for the owner’s championship. Currently, Kevin Harvick, Inc's No. 2 Chevrolet holds a 36-point advantage over the No. 18 Toyota for Kyle Busch Motorsports. After announcing last week that he will no longer field a Truck Series team at the end of the season, Harvick hopes he can capture the title in the last season for KHI.

"I think it would be great to go out on top," Harvick said. "It's not like we have been floundering around this year and just getting out of the truck business just because things haven’t been performing well. To get out and go out that way would be the best way to do it."

Even with the rumors about the future of the team in the past few weeks, Ron Hornaday continued the streak for KHI with his second win of the season at Atlanta.

"Since everything has been going on we have won the last four races," Harvick said. “The guys have done a great job of keeping the preparation and we are not going to quit doing what we have done in the past. We are going to run through the end of the season as hard as we can, and keep going to the wind tunnel and keep doing the things that it takes to try and keep winning races."

With eight races left in the season, the early announcement of the team closing up shop is giving crew members time to try and find a new location for 2012.

"There is still a lot to do, but our main focus was to tell everyone early enough to where they could start making plans for next year," Harvick said. "If the teams shift to somebody else on the ownership side of it that everybody would have a fair opportunity to get a job. Now that everything is announced our main goal is to make sure that everybody that works there right now has a fair opportunity to go work somewhere else."
