The victory gave Busch three NASCAR national series wins at Chicagoland Speedway with victories in the Sprint Cup Series, Nationwide Series and now the truck series.
It was his second straight series win after his victory a week ago Wednesday at Bristol Motor Speedway. Busch also won last Saturday night's Sprint Cup Series race at Bristol.
"We had a great truck tonight and some good pit strategy paid off," said Busch. "It's great to win here again and this team really deserves the credit for giving me a good truck to get to victory lane."
Busch led a total of 79 laps and then finally got around Todd Bodine on a restart with 19 laps to go and went on to the win.
"He got a good draft and passed me," Bodine said.
Busch outran Bodine, Colin Braun, Rick Crawford and Johnny Sauter for the win at the 1.5-mile speedway.
Ron Hornaday finished 11th to extend his points lead to 220 points over Matt Crafton.
The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series now heads to Iowa Speedway next Saturday night.
