Reutimann Breaks Own Record

HOMESTEAD, Fla. - David Reutimann captured his fourth career Bud Pole and second at Homestead-Miami Speedway on Friday after laying down a new track record of 173.116 mph.

Bill Lester, Jack Sprague, Brandon Whitt and Mike Skinner rounded out the top five.

Series point leader Ted Musgrave qualified eighth for the 134-lap race with a lap of 170.535 mph. Dennis Setzer, who enters the race 58 points behind Musgrave, qualified 23rd at 168.319 mph.

Tonight's Ford 200 is scheduled to take the green flag on SPEED at 8 p.m. (ET).
