Scott Speeds To Another Pole

Scott Speed scored his second straight ARCA RE/MAX Series pole position as he turned a lap of 185.114 mph to take the top spot for Friday's Racing for Wildlife 200 at Michigan International Speedway.

Speed's Team Red Bull Toyota topped the 41 cars that posted a time in qualifying at the 2-mile speedway.

“I’ve never raced at Michigan but this track is significant to me because this was the very first race that my fiancé Valentina and I came to with Red Bull when we were starting to talk about running stock cars,” Speed said.

Justin Lofton will start outside the front row in a Dodge.

Brian Scott, Justin Allgaeir and Robb Brent rounded out the top five.

Friday's Racing for Wildlife 200 will start at 5:15 p.m. (ET) live on SPEED.
